Took my dog there for an airedale cut. Came back shaved down 1 length Then was charged double for the services? Claimed he was matted all over, which i knew his beard was, that we asked to be shaved last time. Bottom of legs were little tangled. I brush him 2 times week last being Friday. I use wire brush and had no problems with brushing. If they had followed the instructions we gave them last time he wouldn't have been tangled at all so now in middle of winter I have a shaved dog!
