Do not send your family members here.. Horrible place. Former employee here I have seen patients begging to be changed out of their filth, crying like Children just to be changed. And not a nurse in site because they’re all out smoking together like there’s not 44 grown toddlers inside the door waiting on them EVERYDAY..Roaches!!!!! Bedbugs..Sanitary concerns to say the least this place should be shut down.. Horrible humans.1 because zero is not an option!
