I went into this store looking for a certain style/type of sectional. (Not a brand, a style) As I described it and showed pics, the sales lady INSULTED me and told me I was looking for a cheap and crappy couch. That was so rude. I felt so bad about myself and you ruined my day. You know, if I wanted a couch made out of cardboard, and the sales person would be making a decent commission off it, I would put on a fake smile, and offer to sell it to them. I got my first new bed at this place a long time ago and I've had that bed for many years now and it's still in fantastic shape. I've always had great service with everybody that works Wagner's furniture and design, they are absolutely phenomenal people, and they care about their customers dearly. We started by looking for a new couch and ended up with two new chairs. He has a Lazy Boy Recliner and I have a cozy American Leather chair. Lana was wonderful to work with. She found exactly what we wanted.
Quality furniture, great service. Pam and Jada have been so helpful with their designe expertise and thoughtful suggestions!
