Our experience has been absolutely TERRIBLE. We were referred by our old accountant who sold his practice and this firm has been an absolute nightmare. We had our taxes done 3/26/25. We signed all paperwork and were advised of a refund. We heard nothing as of 4/14/25 so we followed up to see if everything was ok. They waited until this time to actually submit the taxes and they were rejected. Firm told us they didn't know why.
