Update: A disappointing experience was made better when Elsah called to let us know that they had another photo of him smiling. The AI tool they used was responsible for the previous selection. Kudos to the company for reaching out to offer a resolution. We had our son’s portrait taken at City Garden, but the photographer seemed careless. Horrible company. Bad pictures, bad customer service. Have to fight and make many call to get a refund. They must have some kind of shady deal with these schools to stay in business. Don’t waste your money or time with them.
Not a fan wish the schools would go back to anyone of the previous companies that use to take photos at the school. The picture look cheap and at over priced. I quit ordering the packers and literally just get one 8 by 10 every year and don’t feel they should be 20 dollars for one bad quality photo.
Pictures weren't great, the wait time took forever, and prices are ridiculous. Let's go back to life touch
