Very professional. Answered all of our questions. Everything was done in a timely matter. They made Estate planning very easy. We waited so long because we were worried it was going to be so much work and effort. But they did most of the work. They explained everything so we understood it, without the legal verbage confusion.
We were very pleased with our estate planning process. Our attorney was knowledgeable, and also helped us with the follow-up work needed for the plan to have any value.

Don't walk. Run. Deceptive. Not local to Winona (aside from the hole-in-the-wall satellite space they hold). Lawyers from Rochester come to this Winona satellite whenever they have prey (noticed they have this setup in St. Charles as well). Pflughoeft, Pederson & Johnsrud, Llp sadly did their clients an amazing disservice by sending their retirement letter a month after being defunct (judging by postmark and date on letter) and notifying files were already in the hands of Wagner Oehler (maybe got a tidy sum for the compromis... read more
