I hired this firm & Mr. L for legal representation in a guardianship case. I paid the the full retainer amount requested. This firm called me two years later demanding more money saying if I dont produce the other half of the retainer they will withdraw. I informed them I paid in full it was over 2 years ago, they claimed spotless record-keeping. Mr. L withdrew in the middle of my case abandoning me at Christmas time, claiming I never paid him. I’ve heard it said, “sometimes you have to be your own attorney.” While that statement may be true for some, that was not my experience with Wagner and Lynch. Blake led with the truth.His assistant Brooklynn put the facts together for him and Kelsey’s kind heart all played a part.
