I appreciate the response I received regarding the possible repair of an older L609 Moisture meter. Age and out of date caught up with the moisture meter. Luckily I have a much newer Wagner moisture meter I can use. These are great tools for wood turners, especially when you need to have a good estimate on the moisture content. Happy user>

Tony addressed all my questions promptly. He also provided the basis for his recommendations when I asked him about it. It was refreshing to correspond with someone that is knowledgeable about their products.
I initially had some trouble with the shipping to Canada due to some automatic policies and procedures in their Logistics Department, but once I raised the issue with the people at Wagner, they could not have been more friendly or eager to help. They quickly resolved the issue and really went far beyond the Call of Duty to get me taken care of. I now have a new moisture meter that I am really happy with. I wish all companies were that good to deal with.
