I have been tying to get ahold of tom since February about my taxes. Three months later I receive a letter in the mail from the state stating my sales tax hasn’t been filed since last October. I still have yet to hear from tom about the status of anything let alone getting my paperwork back to go somewhere else. I strongly recommend going somewhere else.

Been with them for years. Never had a problem, always timely and professional.
They did my taxes in a timely manner and were very friendly. The problem is that they let my mother list me as a dependent, even though I had already picked up my taxes with all my information and refund amount on them, and assumed they had been filed. My mother then called me to tell me that my refund was changing because she listed me as a dependent, taking a significant amount of money from my refund.
