We had done a little research, and discovered this family operated shop close to us. They gave us a tour through the e-bikes answering our many questions and encouraged us to test ride the models that interested us. We returned days later to make our purchases and were greeted with the warmest of welcomes. If you’re shopping for any type of bicycle, bicycle accessories, or service this shop is the one. It is a family operated shop and they are customer oriented.👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Had my bike issue repaired in a timely manner (fixed while I waited). Nice that Wagler's was open so early on a Saturday morning - no waiting until Monday (most are by appointment only) and a lot closer than having to drive to Bloomington or Terre Haute! Will continue to choose Wagler Bicycle Sales & Repair for all of our bicycle needs! 5 star service!
After so many breakdowns they kinda refused to working on my bike.
It was a good job. Good service had one I needed and I left
I’ve bought three bikes from here in the last three years. They have been extremely fair, courteous and helpful. I drive 1.5-2 hrs and across the time zone to go there. And I will definitely return!
