Horrible experience! For our 2021 taxes, we had our info since early March. This was their new Marysville location. Claimed they were in the final review stage for weeks. I finally banged on their door on tax day because they weren’t answering their phones. They closed early and hadn’t filed our taxes. Wagler was in the building, he hid from me first, then finally opened the door. He filed extensions because our taxes weren’t done. This company bought out my previous accountant in Marysville. I dropped off my documents and information on March 1st and was quoted 2 to 3 weeks for them to be done. It is now April 11th, 41 days later, and I'm still waiting. They called me after 3 weeks of waiting to ask me when I moved, as well as a couple of other questions that I provided the answers to when I dropped of my documents (child's name, date of birth, and social were all included in my paper work I dropped off). I've made use of this company's services since its establishment and have known the owners for many years. They are down to earth people that still value relationships enough to shake your hand. The amount of time, money, and stress they have saved me has been put to good use elsewhere. No harm in starting up a conversation with either of these guys. At a minimum, you'll have made a new friend.

Jacob & Eli handle not only my personal accounting but also the taxes for the not for profit community organization I'm president of. They give excellent planning advice for all my business, make sure my books are accurate and in compliance with the state and federal government. I never have to worry about the accounting side of my businesses with WB on my side.
