I paid for this firm to settle a speeding ticket for me. After the initial court date, I was instructed to attend a 4-hour defensive driving class and once I was to return back to court with proof of attending the class, the ticket would be dismissed at court cost. I checked with the firm after my 2nd court date to inquire about the status because i hadn't received anything in the mail or a phone call alerting me of the status.
