Custom made rolled shoulder roast for dinner tonight. Absolutely delicious, best tasting pork we have ever had.
We were driving past & decided to pop into the shop. Tonight we had the Pork Parmesan Tarragon Schitzel. It was SO good!! Highly recommend doing the stop, will keep an eye out at farmers markets for more. Many thanx!
