Five years ago, a lawyer (turned family conference officer) referred me to Beth Wagers, stating, “She’s the best I know.” I now know what he meant by that; not only is Beth an INCREDIBLE lawyer (well-versed in laws and legal matters), but Beth is a moral, compassionate, competent human being who is truly committed to helping and protecting people and children. We’ve had approximately 5 hearings with 5 wins. She’s the best I know.
Honestly the worst lawyer I have ever had the displeasure to work with. My husband retained her a few years ago to get full custody of his 2 yr old son. The birth mother wasn't even in the picture. It was against the birth father and the child's great-grandparents (birth mother's grandparents). Beth gave in at every turn to their lawyer. Told me that we were winning everything, then told my husband that he would be better off giving them what they wanted (full custody).
