It was the start of the weekend when I called the bank to let them know that I was coming over from Pasco. That I was showing up with a large dollar amount cashier's check that needed to be deposit that was my friend's. I did not want to lost it or get it stolen before they could open up and that I was out of State. Even thought they had just closed Bella and a male employee which I don't remember his name (SORRY) stayed after to make sure that I was able to deposit it. Wow!!! You want to talk about an amazing experience from the moment I walked in to when I left. The staff was so attentive and welcoming. You can tell this place is managed at a very high level. I highly recommend people to bank here for all their banking needs.
Online banking experience was god awful had constant issues. Stopped using them and now I find out they charged my account off for no reason and I didn’t get notified at all and owe them $35.
