Disappointing to say the least when the best service that you get is when you are closing your account, which is the experience I have just now. I made an account about 6 months ago to which I had to make an appointment to do so. With prior context this branch is never busy, you may see two cars in the drive-thru at most. After about 6 months me and my business partner came to set up a business account. We’ve been banking with the Cave Junction branch for over ten years, and haven’t one negative thing to say about them. They bend over backwards for us whenever we need it. 10/10
I used the atm last Sunday I put my card in for 40$ fast cash it gave my card back deducted the money off my card and never gave me the cash. Call the customer support and they did absolutely nothing
