Opening an account with WaFd has been a great experience! The attention to detail, and personalized help (specifically from Alvaro, Deanna, and Josh) at the Chelan branch has been incomparable. When we went to add business credit cards to the account, it was remote support (not in Chelan). They were equally informative and helpful! I would recommend this bank 100%!
