I went in twice asking for a wire transfer. They didn't know how to do it. I had my spouse go to another branch to transfer the funds. Disappointed.
Great people; great service. I've been with WaFd about 15 years and am always pleased with their LOCAL service. Their on-line banking? Not so much. Being told wait time is between 30 and 45 minutes EVERY time I call is not acceptable.
Shelby is the best at welcoming us to the bank. We kept her busy & still had time to have a personal conversation & we feel like we made a good friend with her.
