Started business banking account online. Gave them all the information needed to start account within a day. When I went in to finalize paperwork I asked about SBA loans and they said they would reach out, almost three weeks later and have not heard anything. Two weeks later still no update so I had to take time off work to go in and get this corrected. I find out its a different app for business, my application was denied and I wasn't informed.
