I have had such an exceptional experience at the McCall, Id branch of WaFd that I am compelled to rate and share it here. The new branch manager, Jason Allred has gone far above and beyond to help me in my business and banking needs. The service I receive from Jason and all of the staff there (Britany, Wyatt, and Kyleen) far exceeds any other banking experience I have ever had. In our dealings it is apparent to me that Jason cares about my success, and I am thankful to have him in my corner.
WaFD in McCall is the best bank I have ever been associated with. Brittny has helped my Wife and feel secure banking with WaFB. Very professional and courteous.
I have been a customer at the McCall branch of WaFd Bank and the staff always exceeds my expectations. Even when I’m having to bank long distance, the staff is super accommodating.
Have been working with WAFD for a number of years here in McCall. They've always been a good resource and helped me with both small things and bigger issues. Today I stopped by just to ask a simple question. I wasn't able to find anyone in town who could help me destroy 40 years worth of personal records and I was hoping they could point me in a good direction. Turns out they frequently have customers personal records shredded and they took it all. Thanks again WAFD 👍
