I cant speak for every location but the one in Cle Elum WA is not that great. I use the outside ATM 90% of the time. It has been out of service quite a few times and has left me in a bad spot. I did not know when I signed up there are no other WaFD banks close by. Ellensburg does not have one. My fault for just assuming. So if I want money when the machine is out order I have to use another banks ATM and get charged a fee. I feel I should be reimbursed for all the fees from using other banks while their machine is broke. I t... read more
