Everyone is always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.
This is the most trashy single wide branch I have ever seen. My daughters wallet got stolen and instead of being able to go to real branch, she had to drive all the way to Chewelah to try to replace her debit card. After waiting for them to be done gossiping in order to get help, she answered all the verification questions and showed them her college student ID with a picture on it. They refused to replace her debit card because she was not local to Chewelah. That is straight up discrimination based on where she lives. They ... read more
Great staff, always ready with a smile. If I ever have issues I know they will do whatever they can to help.
Were so happy with WaFd here in Chewelah! What my husband and I have really have been impressed over the years is there is NO turn over at this bank with the employees! The management (aka Shellie B) has done a fantastic job! We know all the staff by name. At any point when we call the branch here in Chewelah, the staff is very helpful and can do anything we need over the phone if they are able. We love how were treated and the customer service is amazing!
