The bank is fine, the people nice. I use Quicken though and they say they allow access, but after a month of trying they stopped responding to email and forced me to go elsewhere.
Best costumer service I have ever had. The reps are patient, friendly, and remember you for future visits; incredibly helpful when you have a recurring problem. Thank you WaFd.
