Sara was exceptional in helping us set up multiple accounts and a credit line. She deserves a raise, promotion and vacation. I’ve never dealt with someone as kind, professional, or capable. I hate dealing with banks, so much so that I maintain my banking 300 miles from where I live because the service is so much better here.
I recently worked with Sara from the Ely branch and she was phenomenal. Sara was very friendly and helped show me all my options when opening my account. She explained everything perfectly!
