Awesome doing business with WaFd, very helpful. Would recommend and would use again if needed.
Worse customer service. Arrived at 10:25 to open an account. 3 tellers. One says no personal bankers available until 1pm I ask all of them so you are all business and the other says we are personal bankers but are getting ready to go to lunch. Mind you it is still morning. They've been working an hour/half at best. So it was a racial issue or a lazy issue They blantantly lied so that's even more unethical. A joke of a bank
