New to Alamagordo area. Senior citizen, have conducted business with banks for over 60 years. Have been with Wa Fed for over 12 yrs when B of A closed multiple locations and Wa Fed took them over. The staff at Alamagordo are exemplary in their care and concern for service and customer satisfaction. Twice they have gone out of their way to assist my wife and I. Amazing customer service and very knowledgeable and helpful
Everybody at this branch is so kind and helpful, they’ve taken care of all my banking needs for a couple years. Big shouts to Lydia and Alex for always greeting Willow with pets and treats <3 y’all are so wonderful, and you always brighten our day ! ☺️
