From the first day we opened the account we were lied to. We were told the ATM card would work after activation. It did not and it was a weekend and the bank was closed. Then recently, when we were desperate for money the teller lied to us and said there was less than what was in the account. Now we are locked out of the account. Time to find a different bank!/ Update-They also won't help with NSF fees. The WORST bank in Douglas, AZ
