I come to the bank quite often and Casey always greets me with a smile. I look forward to seeing her everytime I come in.
Chessa, one of the many good bank tellers, helped me enormously when I was managing my mom’s finances as she was in a medical facility. It was a very challenging time for me personally and Chessa was always ready to help me research what I needed to do and how to get it done right then and there in the bank if possible. I’ll never forget her kindness and patience. She keeps me coming back to the branch.
First time doing business at Wa Fed. Casey waited on me and was very professional and friendly. It was a really nice experience to visit with her while being helped. She also helped a new trainee while I was there with a kind and professional demeanor. A+ transaction!
It will not let me give 0 stars. The worst bank I ever walked into. Probably the only place in Klamath Falls worth avoiding in order to enjoy your time in this lovely town. I walked In, just to get change. Was ignored for a couple of minutes, no real issue there, a man walked past, said he'd help me after finishing with the drive up teller. Quite a bit later he stepped up and asked how can he be of assistance. I put a $10 bill on the counter asking for change. He ask if I have an account with their bank. No .
