It will not let me give 0 stars. The worst bank I ever walked into. Probably the only place in Klamath Falls worth avoiding in order to enjoy your time in this lovely town. I walked In, just to get change. Was ignored for a couple of minutes, no real issue there, a man walked past, said he'd help me after finishing with the drive up teller. Quite a bit later he stepped up and asked how can he be of assistance. I put a $10 bill on the counter asking for change. He ask if I have an account with their bank. No . As a WaFD Bank policy, they need to see your ID and setup an account for you to exchange bills for quarters which is highly invasive when it comes to selling your information and information security. Definitely will never do business with them.
