Words cannot convey my complete disappointment in the Show Low branch Yes, empty parking lot says a lot. I have another bank account with a different bank, opening an account with WaFed in Show Low was simply for convenience banking What a mistake! First of all, my husband & I went into the branch to open an account We walk in and there are 2 workers sitting at desk. I ask about why no tellers at the counter. The biggest mistake I made when I started my new business was choosing Wafd bank. They don't have tellers, you cannot transact normal banking business in their bank. When you enter, you have to wait in the lobby for someone at a desk to call you over. They don't have signage saying such, but you do. My account was no set up properly and I have had problem after problem for over 6 months. I STILL cannot send funds. When I opened the account I was supposed to get checks, I was TOLD I'd get checks.
