The biggest mistake I made when I started my new business was choosing Wafd bank. They don't have tellers, you cannot transact normal banking business in their bank. When you enter, you have to wait in the lobby for someone at a desk to call you over. They don't have signage saying such, but you do. My account was no set up properly and I have had problem after problem for over 6 months. I STILL cannot send funds. When I opened the account I was supposed to get checks, I was TOLD I'd get checks.
