I have sometimes found when one moves to a small town , the employees of businesses are less than welcoming unless you’re a longtime local … but that certainly was not the case with WAFD. They were extremely friendly but professional right from the get go. Recommended certain features of banking to my benefit and if they didn’t know the answer to my questions they would find out for me .their customer service is superb and I enjoy going in to say hello and conduct my banking needs. .
Daniel was extremely efficient and informative. Happy with my decision choosing WaFd for my Banking.
