This is the worst bank ive ever banked with!! Can't reach anyone by phone, ever. On a whim, they will place a fraud alert on your debit card and turn it off even if it may have been a legitimate charge then, tell you its 7-10 business days to replace once you go to a brach and reorder it. If you need your card faster, there's a $40 expedite fee even though it may have been an error or fault of the bank. The Stanwood branch is the worst branch ive been in,lack of knowledge, total screwups I travel to Mount Vernon branch to do all my banking where there service is awesome, stay away from Stanwood branch unless you like poor service
Tia was such a great help to me! She was able to not only help me open an account but also provided superior customer service throughout the process. I will be encouraging others in my network to bank here and to ask specifically for Tia.
The only good thing about WaFD is the people working inside the Stanwood branch. Otherwise stay away from this bank. The app is horrible to use and customer service is a complete joke! Cust Svc is consistently giving out incorrect information, combative, and rude when you try to clarify the conflicting information given- that is WHEN they choose to "try" to help. Any other bank would be a better option.
