The people at the front desks have always been polite and always smile. 5 stars for that alone. Everything else about WaFd I would not recommend going to this bank. I went negative 1 dollar and some change and received a 30 dollar charge. They take a very long time to proceed other charges. I made a payment on my capital one credit card when I had money in my account. Didn't realize they had not processed my payment I made. Shortly after I received a unexpected monthly charge which was 17$. This made WaFd decide to charge me... read more

Bill pay is a nightmare
The employees have always treated us with the greatest respect and warmth. They continually provide outstanding customer service. We will definitely continue to use this branch because of the employees, their mentor/supervisor provide such wonderful services and support.
