Applied for a construction loan with this company. Their service is horrid. Communication with the employees is bad. The loan officer (Olesya Lavrova) is incompetent and did not have a clue what she was doing. I talked with the bank manager who was equally incompetent. We moved on to another lending company due to their lack of interest in supporting us with the right product.
