I've noticed a recurring issue every time I visit this WaFd branch—there is NEVER a branch manager present. At this point, I'm starting to believe this location is completely leaderless. It's concerning that a financial institution operates this way, and I genuinely think this should be looked into. The only reason I haven’t closed all my accounts and taken my business elsewhere is because of the incredible employees like Stephanie and Renee. Wafd bank always served my mother with loving kindness and helpful professional assistance and after my mother passed away Maria and Stephanie are kindly assisting us with all our banking and investments with timely correspondence in regards to all our holdings. That is truly comforting and we appreciate their services!
I switched my account to WaFd…. Good bye Bank of America. Because of the bankers at this location! They are amazing!!!!!!
