This branch / bank clearly doesnt know what they are doing. They wouldn't cash an official check from a federal bank however bank of America and a check cashing place would. Glad it wasnt my account ill be convincing my grandmother to switch banks. Even the bank that issued the check said there is no reason to not cash it
Nice looking bank
For some reason my review does not show up on here anymore. I had a horrible experience with this branch a while ago that still sticks out in my mind. My lawyers won a class action lawsuit (ironically against another bank) for which I was the class representative and after a year and a half from the beginning of the lawsuit, I received a check.
