WaFd is absolutely fantastic . Mika is a solid fantastic Client Service Rep that I see twice a month every month. The online platform makes my life easy & the support amazing .
This is the nicest bank I've been to so far. They helped me with my anxiety and learning curves and were extremely patient. They go above and beyond to make sure customers feel their account is safe and secure. I have only been here a few times so far but must say the workers are compassionate and competent and when you walk in no matter your situation or income you are treated like a person, not a transaction.
