-1 star. Do you people ever answer your phone ?I have been trying to call you for days to access my online account. Your voicemail refuses to answer non -customers apparently and doesn't give customers time to put their number in or say their name. It's like you only ever have 1 worker answering the phone and have everything digital and robotic with almost zero human customer service. Also the hidden fees are awful and so are your hours. If you aren't going to ever answer the phone , you should have a 24 hr customer service ... read more
