-1 star. Do you people ever answer your phone ?I have been trying to call you for days to access my online account. Your voicemail refuses to answer non -customers apparently and doesn't give customers time to put their number in or say their name. It's like you only ever have 1 worker answering the phone and have everything digital and robotic with almost zero human customer service. Also the hidden fees are awful and so are your hours.
