Truly offering white-glove service, WaFd Sunrise/Swan is my favorite bank, hands down! I have a few different banks I use for random reasons and the others are so corporate (can never get someone on the phone, appointments are always like a week out, etc). WaFd is like that show Cheers, everybody knows your name and is so friendly. Ask for Christina- she's the best!
