I just had the most awesome experience at a bank, this bank. WaFed Sunrise & Swan. I went to open a new checking account and was just blown away by what they have to offer, the friendliness, professionalism. I am so glad I made the switch after 24 years at a different bank W.F. , where you are just a number. Khaylynn was my personal banker and was outstanding! I’m looking forward to working with her again, she was such a pleasure.
WaFd Sunrise/Swan is my favorite bank, hands down! I have a few different banks I use for random reasons and the others are so corporate (can never get someone on the phone, appointments are always like a week out, etc). WaFd is like that show Cheers, everybody knows your name and is so friendly. We’ll always keep WaFd as our #1 bank!
