Michael Wadler came recommended by a friend and absolutely delivered for us. He gave us prudent and accurate advice on our eviction case against the tenant. He also won a judgment against the tenant, recovering some fees and mostly offsetting our cost. Finally he was able to get the nuisance lawsuit against us dismissed with a minimum of fuss, allowing us to lower our stress and get on with our lives.
