I have been working with WSB for about 2 years. WSB in Deer Creek is willing to go the extra mile and us when we were in needed some extra help. Very friendly and willing to listen and work towards your needs.
Andrew is excellent. I have worked with him for 4 years since coming over with the merger of 1st national bank. He is prompt quick and works to your needs. They are a small branch so some services are limited and go through Wadena. If you need financial advice he is excellent.
Some of the worst customer service I’ve ever had I have had good experience with them in the past but recently everyone there just seems like they don’t care to do their job the loan officer is rarely in the office so you can never get a hold of him and when he says he will get a hold of you he never does
