Not dependable at all! Have had Wade as an accountant for years. One of my biggest complaints all along was if there was a question or problem during the year, outside of tax season, he did not get back in touch with me even though I'd call, leave messages and email. Just unbelievable but I continued to keep him as my accountant. I've lived in different states and he would still do my taxes.
