Had a project with multiple rental units and dealt with David Delia whom I met through a mutual friend. At first David seemed like a reputable business partner and gave me several quotes for the properties that I needed help with. After a week, David became an absolute menace. He threw professionalism out the window and tried pushing add on sales that weren't needed or asked for and to top it off, he was insistent on "taking me out for a night on the town".
