The process of buying a first home is extremely emotional and can be a difficult process. Wade’s excellent communication and transparency made the process a breeze. I was put in the right product from the jump and Wade answered any questions I had timely and was readily available to do so. Wade got me money back at closing and set me up great in a very interesting market. As a lender myself, I hope to adopt some of the traits Wade shows. THIS IS THE MAN FOR MORTGAGES!!!
Dealing with mortgages is something I always fear. I don't want to mess up, get the wrong rates, agree to something that is going to hurt in the long run, going to make me spend extra money, etc... However, Wade made this easy for me. He was very clear in explaining this process and was exceptionally friendly and available to answer all questions and calm me of my concerns. I honestly felt like I had a friend helping me with my mortgage. I'd definitely use Wade in the future 100 times over.
