Most honest mortgage broker I have delt with. Would highly recommend.
I asked Wade to get a line of credit on first house to get a 20% downpayment for a second house and instead he got me a new mortgage on the first house on top of the mortgage for the second house. The house deal was about to close when i found out it he didn't listen and it was too late to drop him. Signing me up for second mortage would have a higher kickback for him since he ended up signing me up for two new mortgages. Beware.
Slowest person ever he take so much time and never call back always need to call him to have news. Make sure to not go see that person

Worst mortgage guy ever. Dude started the whole process, checked my credit then ignored me. I'm currently enjoying the house I got months later from a better more professional lender. Great job wade.
