If I could give negative stars I would. Jason Waddell prepared a new will for my mom in 2024, AFTER she had been declared incapacitated in 2023 (due to memory loss from Alzheimer's) by her neurologist. He chose to believe lies and false accusations from strangers that had been taking advantage of my mom for years. He put money before the welfare of my mom. And to make it even worse, in the will he prepared he named the new POA as one of the women that had been taking advantage of my mom. What type of lawyer would do this?! I... read more
Amazing estate planning legal assistance. Even with our modest needs, Mr. Waddell and Stephanie have been tremendous.
My husband passed three years ago and his probate is still not settled. Our homestead is an exception from his personal debts. I continue to make the mortgage, insurance and tax payts on the home. His sons have given up any rights they have in the house legally with notarized statements to the court. Florida has clear laws on handling exempt homestead of the deceased and the widow's rights. Mr Waddell was very knowledgeable and showed great patience with my mother who is unable to speak because of a stroke. When we did her living will and advance directives and quick claim deed for my mother's home he came to my mother's nursing home and with knowledge and dignity was able to take care of her needs!
