The advisors at Waddell & Reed are awesome and truly care about their clients and doing what is good for them.
By far the worst service from a financial institution I have ever experienced incompetence is an understatement. If you have are shopping around in the Reno area for a financial advisor you would do yourself a great service to stay clear of this particle branch. They do not return calls in a timely manner, they do not follow directions and I am not sure if they have any clue of they are doing. Highly recommend an alternative choice to this branch.
