I have used Waco Notary a number of times, and in each occasion, all the business transactions were carried out with the utmost competence and professionalism. I cannot recommend this business enough. They have helped me with difficult procedures such as obtaining an Apostilla for documents to be sent overseas. I would give more stars if there was the option to do so.
