Great people. Availability of service - not so great. WFCU has one branch, in Waco. That's not the problem. The problem becomes when your account gets locked out (for no reason), there is no one you can call to unlock it after 5:30PM. They do not have shared banking with anyone else, so you're stuck with waiting until 9AM next morning to unlock your account. Even "resetting password" does not unlock the account. So, even though the people are great, the service availability not so much.
