Ive been banking here since 2014, went through a really rough time at the beginning of this year so didnt realize payments were being taken, i paid it all off, and today i called to reset my password for the account app to find that they closed my account! The account manager clearly lacks any kind of customer service skills and this was an extremely disappointing experience! Wont be coming back!
