They are hardly able to handle 2 customer at the same time. I wanted to update my info in bank. They had 2 customer and they told me that the bankers will be with those customer for a while and asked me to try another Wells Fargo bank. Please hire better and responsible people at this location.( Today 10/19/22 12:45 pm ) Dear Wells Fargo, if I experience this issue another time I would rather to try another bank not another location. Thanks!
Since this branch has reopened, the service has been terrible. Associates are rude and unwilling to help customers. I haven’t had one positive experience at the Jamestown branch since they reopened.
