I never received an actual email confirming my payment and then when I finally did, it was for somebody else not even my vehicle. I’m sure they won’t post this, but I think it’s a scam because when I look up the address it’s a car rental place so my opinion don’t fall for it people

Our policy had the wrong vehicle information, they say your oil changes are covered but will only refund you up to $50, hello an oil change is close to $100 now. It's just so much misinformation on their behalf plus if you request auto pay to be taken off they will turn it back on at their convenience. So very disappointing!!!!
