They refuse to provide service to a whole town that's in need of internet which is only less then 5 miles from there tower
Paid double for higher Internet speed and I still can't get uninterrupted playback one room away. Absolutely ridiculous.
The amount of effort customer service puts into the consumers is insane, I've contacted this company a handful of times with some quite nit-picky issues and they've been fully unbothered by it and even went through and investigated things that I've brought up, answered questions they didn't even need to answer, explained the nerdy stuff I was interested in, and I was even able to communicate those nit-pick issues with their network engineer through a rep. Insane customer service and transparency, I love this ISP.
