Every time I call to use this service there is an excuse why they can’t do it. It is not user friendly.
Says 24 hours… it’s 12:30 pm and the weather phone is turned off.
They helped me get home safely from the hospital they were friendly, accommodating with great customer service. I would most certainly use their service again. They went out of their way that day and I was more than appreciative.
