I cannot recommend this company. Unprofessional and incompetent. Heather Wahl would not return my phone calls after several messages left. Found out through a third party this was due to a perceived conflict of interest. Rather than returning my call to explain this, ghosted me. This is unprofessional and disrespectful behaviour. Her incompetence and bad advice resulted in having to pay thousands of dollars in Property Transfer Tax that could have been avoided.
Went to waal & Co to have my signature notarized. They refused to notarize.unless THEY prepared the documents. Guess what. Went to Patten Thornton notarized and no charge. This is the second time.
